Aaron’s tech experience began at Salesforce where he started and grew a value consulting channel into an annual nine-figure business.

Aaron was shortly recruited to start and manage a Family Office in Bonita Springs, FL where he built a portfolio of successful venture backed companies including pre-seeding his first Unicorn. In 2021, Aaron left to found ROC Venture Group.
