Aaron Stafford

Aaron Stafford is Managing Partner and Founder of ROC Venture Group, a Naples-based private venture firm focused on backing founders and helping them move faster with the right capital, strategy, and operating support.

Through ROC, Aaron works with entrepreneurs across stages, combining investment discipline with hands-on support in growth strategy, capital formation, partnerships, and operational execution. ROC’s team brings experience across venture capital, private equity, and technology startups, with multiple successful founder exits across the platform.

Aaron also serves on a number of company boards and supports strategic infrastructure and technology investments, including ROC’s investment in Harbor Link’s fiber network expansion connecting Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
