David Comiskey is a Harbor Link board member and experienced founder, operator, and national security professional with a background spanning the intelligence community, technology, and private markets. David began his career supporting national security missions through roles with the CIA and NSA, where he developed deep experience in intelligence, cybersecurity, and mission-critical technology environments. He later brought his experience into the private sector, founding and scaling his own business before successfully selling the company to private equity in 2020. Through his work as an entrepreneur, investor, and board member, David helps companies navigate growth, operational complexity, strategic partnerships, and technology-driven execution.
