Felix A. Dialoiso

With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, Felix Dialoiso is the Founder and CEO of Harbor Link. His career began as an IBEW Local 5 electrician before launching LAI, a successful utility construction firm serving major telecom providers and institutions across Maryland.

Felix brings deep expertise in strategic planning, customer partnerships, and infrastructure development. He is a recognized leader in the region’s utility and broadband sectors.

Felix currently serves on the MD/DC Subscriber’s Board of Directors, where he advocates for safe excavation and damage prevention across the region.
