Felix A. Dialoiso

Felix Dialoiso serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Harbor Link, where he oversees the development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives, growth, and market expansion. He is responsible for building and managing customer partnerships and negotiating complex agreements. As a veteran in the communications industry, Felix brings more than three decades of experience to Harbor Link, which he founded in 2002.

He is a managing partner of C & D Acquisitions, LLC, and consults for telecommunications companies and data centers on design, permitting, and construction of fiber network infrastructure throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Delaware.

Felix began his career in 1984 as an IBEW Local 5 electrician, installing fiber in steam tunnels for Carnegie Mellon University. He transitioned to LAI and served as COO for the utility construction firm with 200+ employees, and clients, including all major telecommunications firms, the City of Baltimore, the State of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, Amazon, University of Maryland, and several health care facilities.

In 2002, Felix began laying conduit and fiber in the heart of Baltimore. The following year he launched 24/7 Fiber Cable Networks Company as a spinoff of Harbor Link.

In his spare time, Felix enjoys boxing and spending time with his family.
