Mark Del Bianco

Mark Del Bianco is outside counsel to the company. He brings three decades of experience working with clients in the telecommunications, cloud services, and related industries. He began his career in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and spent more than a decade at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom before opening his own practice in 2003.

Since then, he has represented numerous U.S. and international clients in the telecom and tech sectors, ranging from infrastructure companies, such as fiber networks and data centers, to content and software applications firms, whose products are distributed over communications networks. His primary focus is on contract negotiation and business and regulatory advice. He also represents clients in a variety of license transfer, enforcement, and rulemaking proceedings at the federal (FCC) and state levels, and in arbitrations and litigation involving communications-related business disputes.
